Age Cymru have launched a brand-new, volunteer-led, telephone listening service called Listen and Connect.

The service is for older people who may be experiencing feelings of loneliness and isolation. Volunteers provide a safe space where people are listened to and supported to explore the issues that are important to them.

telephone lines are open from 11am – 3pm during June. After June, they will be open 10am – 4pm.
